The NFL on Tuesday officially issued compensatory picks for the 2025 NFL draft. They confirmed the San Francisco 49ers received four comp picks in next year’s draft, giving them 11 in what will be an important set of selections.
San Francisco hasn’t been active in free agency, signaling they’ll lean heavily on their draft class to help restock their roster after a down year in 2024. A heavy volume of picks may be helpful in that endeavor.
The NFL dolling out comp picks officially sets the order for the 2025 draft. They hold 11 overall, four in the top 100, five in the top 125, and seven in the top 150. Here are the 49ers’ scheduled picks:

The 49ers don’t officially have the 147th overall pick yet. They can’t make the Deebo Samuel swap with the Commanders official until the new league year opens Wednesday at 1:00pm Pacific Time. Washington doesn’t have their own fifth-round choice, which is why the 49ers will wind up with the Saints’ selection.
