The San Francisco 49ers could struggle to get back in the win column Sunday after their meltdown against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3. Especially with all the injuries they’re dealing with on offense, between Christian McCaffrey, Trent Williams, George Kittle and Deebo Samuel.
But to think they’d lose outright, at home against the New England Patriots as 10.5-point favorites is taking “struggle” a bridge too far. Right?
Maybe not. As it turns out, the betting public thinks that can absolutely happen. Betting on the spread is mostly split down the middle, as can be expected with such a large line. However, New England is dominating bets on the moneyline.
Here’s a look at the splits for that game and the others in Week 3, with odds from BetMGM.
