Portugal. The Man to Participate in Free San Francisco Concert

Another Planet Entertainment, the independent Bay Area live entertainment company, has joined the City of San Francisco and its Department of Recreation & Parks to announce the ensuing musical participant in the 2024 free concert series. Portugal. The Man will perform at the city’s Civic Center Plaza on Saturday, September 20.
The impending event is the second in a three-part series that aims to spotlight San Francisco as a live music, entertainment, and arts-focused destination. Adding intrigue surrounding Portugal’s free show is a support slot from Philadelphia-bred, alt-funk soul outfit SNACKTIME, who will assist their host in striking a celebratory feel during the forthcoming Bay Area gathering.
Recently Portugal. The Man concluded its touring cycle in support of 2023’s Chris Black Changed My Life, the band’s ninth studio album, following a five-year waiting period that ensued after 2017’s Woodstock.
