Taylor Swift gave Travis Kelce a shout-out at her third Miami concert after he and the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 28-18. Although the pop star couldn’t be at the Sunday, October 20, game, she acknowledged the win by changing one of the lyrics to her song “Karma” at the end of the show.
“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me,” Taylor, 34, sang during the track’s bridge, changing the lyric from the original, “Karma is the guy on the screen, coming straight home to me.”
The “Blank Space” singer has made this lyric change before, but has only done it at shows when Travis, 35, has been in attendance. The first time she sang the new lyric was in November 2023 when Travis traveled to Argentina to attend the Eras tour on his bye weekend from the NFL. At the time, the two were a newly-public item, having just hard launched their relationship two months prior.
Since then, the Super Bowl champion has been at Eras shows in Australia, Asia and Europe and Taylor has always made sure to acknowledge his presence with the “Karma” lyric change. Unfortunately, their work obligations kept them from being able to support each other at their respective events this past weekend.
However, Travis and Taylor were able to pack in an entire weekend together before she returned to the Eras tour on October 18. One week prior, the Chiefs had a bye weekend, so the lovebirds jetted to New York City where they were spotted out to two dinners and attended a New York Yankees playoff game.

The Eras tour will continue for the next four weekends and then conclude in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8 – just in time for the holidays and playoff season for the Chiefs. Travis’ team currently has a 6-0 record after their win against the 49ers and Taylor has been in attendance at all three of their home games this season so far.
On the October 16 episode of his “New Heights” podcast, Travis opened up about the whirlwind his life has become amid his relationship with the A-list singer. “It’s crazy. It’s insane,” he admitted. “I don’t know how I got to live this silly ass f–king life, but I’m definitely fortunate for sure.”
Travis and Taylor became a couple after the professional athlete attended the Eras tour in Kansas City in July 2023. After the show, he publicly admitted that he had hoped to give Taylor a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, but didn’t get the chance to meet her. However, she heard him put her “on blast” and later revealed that she found it “metal as hell.”
After quietly dating for a little over a month, the two went public when Taylor attended her first Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium in September 2023. She sat with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, and his friends in a private suite at the venue.
“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves,” she later explained. “We’re showing up for each other. Other people are there and we don’t care. The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
