Travis Kelce has been on a winning streak.
And Taylor Swift has been sure to show the sign on her heart is reserved for him every step of the way. So when she wasn’t able to be there in person for Travis’ Oct. 20 Kansas City Chiefs game against the San Francisco 49ers—as she was performing in Miami for her Eras Tour—she still made sure she honored the team’s big win.
While performing “Karma” onstage, as seen in footage shared to social media, Taylor opted to tweak the lyrics to “Karma is my guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me.”
And though this is not the first time the Grammy winner has sung the altered version—first doing so in November at an Argentina show, causing Travis to smile in surprise—this is the first time she’s done so while he’s not been present.
Yet while obligations kept them apart for this last game, both Travis and Taylor have made efforts to be there for the other’s biggest moments—with the “Anti-Hero” singer attending many Chiefs games and the NFL star flying around the globe to spend time with Taylor while she wraps her Eras Tour.

And while Travis has long been a star in his own right, considered one of the best tight ends in the NFL, the 35-year-old has admitted adapting to Taylor’s level of stardom—and the many celebrities she often rubs shoulders with, such as Prince William and his kids—has been an adjustment.
“At this point you can’t fathom what’s going on, so it’s like a dream,” Travis admitted during a recent episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce. “You’re not surprised by the next thing that comes into your life or the person who walks through the door.”
But he’s not taking anything for granted. “It’s crazy. It’s insane,” Travis added. “I don’t know how I’ve got to live this silly ass f–king life, but I’m definitely fortunate for sure.”

Yet while Travis is in awe of the places he’s gone, people he’s met and things he’s been able to do since meeting Taylor—including performing with her onstage—his brother Jason is grateful for a much more mundane change.
“My girl Tay is getting you opened up,” the former Philadelphia Eagles center said on the Oct. 9 episode of their New Heights podcast. “She’s introducing new foods to you. It’s one of the greatest things I’ve been happy about.”
And while Travis admitted he’s added cuisines such as Indian and Israeli to his repertoire, he noted it’s been a slow change.
“I’m still picky when it comes to what I’ll eat, I’ll admit,” he explained. “But at the same time, I’ll dance.”
