San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie is ordering city workers back in the office four day a week, following in the steps of major employers as he seeks to revive a downtown battered by remote work.
“Increased in-office presence provides critical operational benefits to the City as an employer, as well as in its primary mission in serving the public,” Lurie said in a memo obtained by Bloomberg.
